At Kitchener Appliance Repair, we stand behind the quality of our services. A warranty is provided after every completed repair. If the same issue reoccurs within 3 months of the initial repair, please contact us and we will guide you on the next steps.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Please review the following guidelines to understand the scope and limitations of our warranty:
The warranty applies only to the parts repaired or replaced by Kitchener Appliance Repair. It does not extend to other components of the appliance.
The warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of the original repair. It will not apply once this period has expired.
The warranty does not cover clogs or blockages of any kind.
The warranty becomes void in cases of misuse or damage caused directly or indirectly by the user.
The warranty does not apply if foreign objects have entered pumps, motors, or any other mechanical parts of the appliance.
Our technicians aim to minimize costs by repairing appliances without replacing parts whenever possible.
If the same issue arises and a new replacement part is required, the warranty does not cover the cost of the part or the repair.
